What Is a Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center?
Elite Commercial Service Centers are premium, specialized facilities dedicated entirely to commercial vehicles—whether Ford or non-Ford makes—and designed to deliver top-tier maintenance and maximized fleet uptime.
⸻
Key Features & Capabilities
1. Large-Bay Facilities
Each Elite center features at least 24 service bays (some locations offer up to 48), built to handle everything from light-duty vans to Class 7 trucks.
2. Commercial Vehicle Expertise
These centers are staffed with technicians specially trained and certified for commercial service. Many are ASE-certified master mechanics, ensuring your fleet gets expert care.
3. Extended Hours & Access
Elite centers operate at least 72 hours per week across six days, offering convenient schedules that align with fleet operations.
4. Mobile Service Integration
Supporting fleet uptime, Elite centers seamlessly offer mobile service via dedicated vans, expanding beyond physical bays to serve vehicles onsite or at depots. Ford has already deployed 900 mobile service vans with plans to grow to 2,100.
5. EV-Ready Capabilities
Fully equipped for electric vehicle servicing, the centers meet all EV technical requirements—including charging and maintenance—for models like the E‑Transit and F‑150 Lightning.
6. Fleet Management & Connectivity: “Ford Live”
Many centers tap into Ford Live, a vehicle connectivity system that relays real-time data on vehicle performance, diagnostic alerts, and repair needs—helping technicians troubleshoot proactively and efficiently.

Why It Matters
• Uptime-Centric Service: By combining large facilities, mobile repairs, and connected diagnostics, Ford aims to dramatically reduce downtime and keep fleets moving.
• Flexible, Scalable Network Expansion:
• Launched in early 2023 with the first facility opening in January, followed by several more including one in Texas by mid‑April.
• As of September 2024, there were 32 Elite centers, with goals to reach 100 by 2026.
• By March 2025, that count had grown to 67 Elite centers, and the target increased to 120 by 2027.
• Comprehensive Support: These centers typically also offer sales, parts, financing, collision repairs, DOT inspections, and sometimes even upfits—making them true one-stop shops for commercial fleet needs.
